I bought two pair of shoes for my kid. One pair size was not fit. When I came to exchange it with bigger size, owner of the shop did not listen anything, and told me he could not do change it. I did not ask my money back just ask bigger size of shoes.
Worst customer service ever experienced. So egotistic. He don’t know how to do business
