In 1968, Glen Buckley opened the first law office on Scott Road, in Delta. Glen was joined by his brother, Wayne, and they became Buckley & Buckley.

Later, Sean Hogan and then Glen’s son, Rand Buckley, joined them. On January 1, 2000, Rand and Sean became the owners of the firm and renamed it Buckley Hogan. In 2005, after 36 years on Scott Road, we moved to our current office in Surrey.

Buckley Hogan is located in the Payal Business Centre on 128th Street at the intersection of 82nd Avenue at the traffic lights next to the railroad tracks.

The Payal Business Centre is a large complex with many buildings so our office and the elevator or stairs to the second floor can be difficult to locate.

We are the first building as you enter the complex. There are two entrances. The main lobby with an elevator are located at the corner of the building closest to the traffic lights. Go upstairs and walk to the end of the corridor.

Behind the building, there is an open parking area and a set of steep stairs that lead directly up to our office.
