Teacher was very knowledgeable. Was some unease about students paying different amounts for same course. A few times was reported the server was hacked (although maybe just slow internet). Its a good school if you need to do your level 1 asap, but id compare other schools for future. Again teacher was awesome and very personable.

Back in May 2020 I enrolled into the Red Seal Refresher Course costing me $1,600.00 I received a text book a few days later in the mail, this book was terrible, photo copied with very poor picture quality, and missing pages. I had asked about it and was told don’t worry the instructor will cover all that you need to know. during the course all the instructor did was skim thought it not really covering any thing. this was very disappointing, the hand outs didn’t even match what was covered in the class that day and the quality was worse than the text book. the quality of the course and what was covered was horrible. the lighting and quality of there cheap laptop camera is terrible all you saw was the bottom half of the white board and couldn’t make out what the instructor was writing, I went on to write my Red Seal Exam and unfortunately I did not pass. so I thought I would write a post and share my experience, few minutes after I posted it I received a call asking to remove my post. after our conversation we agreed that they would enroll me in it again. fast forward to September 19-Octomber 31 so here we are again with the same issues as the first time. extremely poor course, you would think that the amount they charge per student that they would invest into better equipment to run a course like this, very poorly put together I asked about the camera on there lap top cause again could not see anything. (Just the instructors Belly) but again nothing was done.

second class into the course one of the gals from the office came into the class asking us for a google review, where not even done the course. they also stat that the course is 6 weeks but with there being a stat holiday in October (no class) they do nothing to make up for the class and on the last day it was cut in half. I would not recommend taking this course or any others, for this kind of investment you better off hiring a personal tutor. it is complete waste of money!!!

Couldn’t attend the course and a refund was issued. There was a little delay, and took longer than expected but overall the communication was good.
Thank you

I did a few courses with ACE and it helped a lot. I passed my IP red seal exam and FSRB exam after taking Ace’s in-class and online courses. If you’re a novice or immigrant, I recommend the in person classes. If you just need a quick refresh the online platform is very good.
They also offer others levels of electrical courses.
Big thanks 😊

I finished my 4th year apprenticeship and passed my gas exam back in March , however I failed my plumbing IP. Someone recommended me ace trades for IP upgrade course and it was the best school for me in my opinion, I passed with 70%. The plumbing teacher was really knowledgeable and definitely couldn’t have passed if it wasn’t for him . So thanks bill and ace trades!
